We really need to improve our LB play

Sassy Squatch 07-28-2021 10:40 AM

Kelvin Benjamin got into it with Joe Judge and is going to be released. Potential starter at RT?

Sassy Squatch 07-28-2021 10:43 AM

LMAO The Texans are using Watson as the 4th string safety. That's actually hilarious. Alright, sorry to interrupt the Chiefs talk.

Lightyears better than last year at this same time when the likes of Ricky Seals-Jones and Nick Keizer were competing for that #2 TE position.

Don't want to clutter up the thread too much but apparently they're going for some effort clause so they can suspend him and void his guaranteed money.

If I had to guess, it would appear the Texans might be looking to put together a case for breach for failure to use best efforts.

That could allow for an unpaid suspension and the voiding of guarantees, which would be far more beneficial to the Texans than the exempt list. pic.twitter.com/lGDun8XQKr
— John P. Thing with the "it's just day one they may change it around" thing is that Andy doesn't do that much with the OL unless injury.

Exactly.

That’s why I don’t buy that the starting RG job is waiting for Long when he returns. At this point, Andy can’t feel too confident about his ability to stay healthy, and he would probably prefer to just let Smith grow into the role from now until week 1.

Definitely know Remmers can be competent. He was serviceable last season until, well you know...

Holy shit. Considering Benjamin’s weight issues, this reads like an Onion story LMAO

Fake news, he got into an altercation with Joe Judge.
