CEH was supposed to be the far superior pass catching option to Williams.

Since that never developed, I'm unsure what he does better than Williams.

I'm not sure that CEH even has a backup spot on this team. He just isn't good enough. We can go out and find a cheap RB in FA that's better than CEH.
