How many times have you seen a flagrant foul called on an offensive player? The refs called a flagrant foul on Garnett for that play. AP should be playing tomorrow. Giving a two-game suspension means that he should have just kept throwing puches and beating the sh*t out of KG. |

BTW I would take KG over Peeler any day of the week. He hit him with everything he had on a nasty elbow strike and it didn't do shit. I hope KG wipes the court with his sorry ass next year. I say all of this obviously being a Lkaers fan with zero bias. |

You did not quite explain how it is that you advocate retaliation for one guy and not the other. |

I did, why are talking out your ass tonight anyway? Somebody take your girl? |

Sorry, it will just have to be a mystery to you then cause I don't talk to guys who talk about dicks. :shake: |

He does do a good job defending your hero, Kobe. My guess is that if it was up to Big Ticket, he would prefer that AP not be suspended. Sam Cassell is playing awfully dirty in this series. A lot of people are like you and think the MVP should get special treatment. I don't. Both players should be playing in game 7 tomorrow. Period. |

was delivered against a guy that was not already in a fight. That had the potential to really do some damage. Raping a girl could do some damage also. Even though it is of course impossible for Kobe to be in the wrong for a more flagrant and unprovoked elbow to the face, or for doing anything at all wrong in Eagle, Colorado. |
QUESTION: How do you know you're losing an argument regarding the Garnett/Peeler incident?
ANSWER: You're talking about Kobe Bryant. "Oh, you mean Kobe is on trial for rape? I hadn't heard. And you say he elbowed Mike Bibby a few years ago? Well, I gotta hand it to you, man, your time at Toastmasters was well spent because you really know how to put an argument together! Now I see that Peeler wasn't in the wrong at all." |

If the discussion is whether or not somebody should get suspended for a supposed wrong act in an NBA basketball game, a comparison of other wrongful acts would of course be relevant. You don't have to hand anything to me, at all. My argument is that AP should not be suspended for tonight's game, especially if Garnett goes unpunished. Of course it would be relevant to recall that Kobe delivered an intentional and unprovoked elbow to the face of Bibby when there was no fight already started. And play had to be stopped to treat the injury caused by Kobe and he did not get suspended. AP delivered a shot in direct response to a shot by Garnett when Garnett was engaging in a fight. One of the things that people do when determining punishments is to compare incidents. Anyone claiming that Peeler should be suspended for 2 games would have to use the same method for defending that position. Any questions? |
Case Closed.
AP should be playing tonight. Stu Jackson, a proven incompetent, made an unfair judgment. |

REALITY - AP is NOT playing tonight for the right reason - Case Really Closed :thumb: But feel free to carry on... :deevee: |
