OHSO, Fate, Craft Beer Quick Stop, Craft Beer Hop Stop, Rift (on the south end of Scottsdale), Rehab Burger Therapy, Rooster Tavern for Chiefs games, midlife crisis car dealerships all next door to each other on Scottsdale Rd.... the main downside being that it's on the exact opposite side of town from Ground Control and Toppling Goliath kegs.

They do have a beer making workshop every night where people can make their own Pabst.

It's not a requirement to drink a few of their beers before attending the workshop, but most people do. Unfortunately, it's kind of frowned upon to take your beer into the workshop.

Dudes usually go to the workshop alone, but women will generally go as a group.

It’s very random who has gas and for what. I can’t see a pattern. We have electric cooktop but gas heat/water heater. Neighbor has gas cooktop but electric heat.

You can always run a gas line to the cooktop. We got a quote and it was about $5k though.

North Scottsdale has the highest concentration of gas lines and Phoenix proper the least.

I hate electric and had the same issue while searching for my current place.

About 80-85% electric and 15-20% gas but growing.

The newer developments, including apartments, condos and townhomes are about 60-70% gas.

Pure speculation, but if I remember correctly PHX got crushed pretty hard by the '08 housing collapse which could've possibly created a gap in new home construction. As a result there appears to be a bunch of inventory from a time when maybe people preferred electric appliances or maybe didn't prioritize gas appliances?? Because honestly I'm seeing a lot of dated kitchens in general. Like 15 years old dated not 80s dated.

Either way it appears to be an abundant phenomenon in homes that haven't been built within the last 5 or so years based on the sites I'm looking at.

lew, I decided to let my hair grow. I am now the scientist from Independence Day. But heavier.

We are looking to do a meetup around Scottsdale for the Dec 18th game at 11:00 am against the Texans.

It is the only 11:00am early game aside from the Dec 24th and no one wants to meet on that day.
