So KC is leaking info and at the say time Clark, Andy, and Veach are in hiding because they don't want to disclose the entire deal because its bad.

OK Got it.

So they use a first round draft pick on a guy who is talented but has character issues... and then trade him because he has character issues? Really brilliant front office work there.

I wish the Chiefs valued draft picks as much as Chiefsplanet does.

The same team just ran alex smith out of town and he is the whitest person in America.

The same fan base celebrates Eric berry and a long line of other black players

You take your racist shit and stuff it up your cock filled ass.

Not even that. Peters had shown All Pro talent very early on in his career, and barring something unforseen he's only going to get better. He's not just an above average CB. This move is still just ****ing infuriating.

I'm not sure why people have such difficulty understanding this concept.

The Chiefs had Peters on the block for 3 weeks and by all accounts, only the Rams and 49ers were serious about acquiring him via trade.

The 49ers made the most sense to me because they have $77 million in cap room and play in the Bay Area, Peters home. They also have a bevy of picks, so for the Rams deal to go through means that the 49ers didn't even want him that badly.

The NFL is a small world, people. Very few agents, very few players, very few coaches. Everyone knows everything.

The mere fact that 29 other teams had no interest in trading for a 25 year old Pro Bowl CB speaks volumes about Peters reputation.

Words of logic. Don't expect many on this board to comprehend what you just said.

Team chemistry. If a guy doesnt give a damn he needs to go.

Yeah, Peters going all out and trying to singlehandedly deliver us a win by bumrushing Henry and almost forcing a fumble shows me he doesn't care. What a lousy effort. Just trade him for literal pennies on the dollar.

Assuming they got a 1 for him it is not a bad deal. They use a 1 and get three years out of him and figure out the character issues were not something they live with. No real money invested and they turn around and get a 1 back, nothing lost, nothing gained.
