This was known yesterday. This is the equivelant of 1.3 tablespoons or 1/3 of on ounce. It could have been anybody's in the car and if needed, one of the other guys most likely would step up and say it was theirs, or the legal argument maybe it wasn't ours, why would we leave the scene but not take the pot. As I said earlier, Rashee got lucky legally that he walked away as they won't be able to prove possession or possible DUI. Don't agree he should have, just stating facts. The NFL will look at this as though he was driving under the influence and therfore he will most likely get 2-3 games.

I don't see the NFL taking a lot of heat for Rice, considering nobody will give a **** about this story by the time they announce a suspension.

What, he's not getting charged with anything but reckless driving and leaving the scene. If they assume he was high and it should have been a DUI, that's 3 games in the past. There is not proof or will there be of any firearms...
