Lee and Lincecum are intriguing, although Lee supposedly is asking for too much money given the uncertainty concerning his elbow.

Latos is a good bounce-back candidate assuming he's healthy, but given his reputation in the clubhouse you wonder if the Royals would want to inject him into the team's chemistry.

Latos might be the biggest jackoff in baseball today. If he and Papelbon were ever on the same team, there's a good chance a hole in the earth would form due to the douche vacuum they would create.

Will Venable is past his prime but you could do worse as the LH side of a platoon. He has some nice power/speed tools and if you can pair him with a decent RH stick, you could probably get 600+ ABs of .770 OPS and 15 HRs/15SBs for your efforts.

We're not talking about a world-beater, but he'd could be a nice part on a winning team.

Yeah, I've always liked Venable. Thing, is we've got Dyson from the left side we could platoon. I've been looking for either a full-time RF or a RH platoon partner who's better than Orlando.

Couldn't remember where Dyson hit from.

I keep hoping the Cardinals will make a move for Darin Ruf. He's exactly the kind of guy you'd want to plug into a platoon with a guy like Venable, especially if you think he can hold up in the OF instead of just playing spot-duty out there.

Chris Denorfia is a guy I've pimped in the past as a RH platoon partner.

Biggest laugh I've had today was thinking about a douche vacuum event horizon. ROFL

I need to see if Hawking wil co-author a thesis.

I thought Dexter Fowler was also a free agent? He's not listed on that chart, yet it shows he is currently a FA?

I might have to get this, a Royals license plate for donating 35 dollars to charity.

Show your team spirit and support Royals Charities with a personalized license plate featuring the Kansas City Royals logo!

Kansas City Royals license plates are personalized plates that may be six (6) characters in length. If a license plate is requested which includes a space, hyphen (-), or apostrophe ('), the letters and/or numbers shall then be restricted to no more than five (5) characters, excluding the space, hyphen or apostrophe. Kansas City Royals license plates are available ONLY for registered Missouri vehicles for an annual contribution of $35 to Royals Charities.

Apply for or renew your Royals plates online

Want to see how your personalized plates would look? Click here and use the Missouri Department of Revenue's personal plate mock-up program.

To check to see if your potential license plate configuration is taken, please call the Missouri Department of Revenue at (573) 751-4509 or e-mail them at [email protected].
For Missouri residents only.

Living in the Rangers nation for many season, I observed that David Murphy was a very consistent, serviceable utility guy.

He is a FA. And here's a picture of his wife.
