You don't just build through talent. You build by winning consistently. The goal isn't to win the Superbowl this year. Not yet anyway. Reid and Dorsey both said it is going to be three years before we are a legit contender. I expect a similar run as Marty and Carl had in the early 90's but, hopefully we win this time in the 4th year.
