Cardio is fine. It just may not be the most efficient use of your time.
Also, just because you've been exercising for a long time doesn't mean that you're up to date on the current research and results as to what actually works best. There are a lot of old guys that come into the gym and do the stuff they did back in the 70s and 80s in high school football, thinking that's the way to do it. But a year or two later, and they're still at the same place they were. They spend a lot of time spinning their wheels when they could be getting results. |
