Clark and HB are two of my favorites on that D right now. Veach did really well in my opinion.

Unlike Houston and Berry - Frank Clark is playing for another big contract after this one. Also he seems to have something to prove.

We need to be the smart team that never gives that last big contract.

I think Frank is just being Frank, he a just been hurt most of the season and trying to play through it. He is trying to live up to his current deal.

I'm not sure about that. I think he 1) loves to play football, and 2) just wants to win.

I have a feeling after Berry and Houston somewhat phoning it in - Clark Hunt and Veech asked Frank Clark a lot of questions about how bad he wanted to win.

Clay has always been right. Frank has been a beast his whole career. He’s shown flashes while here, even through injury, sickness, and just being in a brand new defense. Hell, they were discussing on Golic and Wingo this morning about how it takes a good 10-12 games just to start getting comfortable in a Spags defense. Plus he just literally talks shit to anybody he can. He’s EXACTLY the kind of player we need.
