Georgia or Texas. Those are the five best teams in the country.

So UGA deserves to still be in the playoffs? Hard to argue that they are not one of the four best teams in the country.

I don't think it has anything to do with whether a team "deserves" it because what does that even mean? If they're a top 4 team in the country, they should be there.

Two pretty terrible games.

Although I admire the Iowa defense.

Deserving it means rewarding a team that finished undefeated and winning their P5 championship. Now if we argue the best four teams in the country, there is no way that one can argue that UGA isn't one of them. So it's either the four most deserving or the four best.

I think the idea is for them to pick the four best.

I think Texas and instead of Georgia makes it more exciting.

So UGA, Michigan, then a "Pick 2" from a list of Washington, Bama, and Texas?

Then why play the game?

Everyone thought Bama was better than Texas. Then the game was played.

Booger got it right in his halftime speech.

Four best based on what criteria?

Eye test?

On the field results?

So is Liberty.

Sure. Put them in.

The FCS has every champion compete in the playoffs. Somehow no one's eyes melt when it happens.

The more I think about it, that’s the 4 I come back to.

Not the 4 I want to see or the 4 I think should make it. I think that’s the 4 that will make it though.

Best four teams.

How come Georgia couldn't beat Alabama then?

And they only beat Auburn by 7. New Mexico State whipped Auburn at Auburn.

Kirby is a crier.

Alabama lost to Texas.

I'm not sure Georgia is out either.

There is no way they put both bama and Georgia into the final 4. I do think they will include an SEC team. Has to be bama in. And then does that mean Texas is in?

How could they keep an undefeated Michigan and Washington who played good schedules and are undefeated out?

Florida State is out

Washington
Texas
Michigan
Bama

Listening to this bama turd announcer is painful

Alabama beat 2023 Georgia.

Which isn't the same team as the 2021 and 2022 squads.
