was it a Lambo rental? My point was there is no way the police can pin it on Rice... thus the ;) at the end of my earlier post.

He was in possession of the car. His name was on the agreement. So yes they’ll go after him

Think about all the drug traffickers in rental cars. They get arrested. Why? Because they were in possession of the car

Not the way it works... 3 people in that car, anyone could claim it was theirs, or they just say wasn't ours if it was found under or along side the seat. Do you check under the seats of your rental cars?
