Your statmene came across more like in the nFL the HC gets to choose his DC/OC's. Not that you were being specific to this team and this GM.

As far as your in at the team. You may have had this in the past but I would not be surprised if this changes under Pioli. If we are going to run things the Patritots way then nothing is leaked that they don't want leaked.

If Pioli wanted Shannahan, he would have signed him.

They could always move Herm to the front office... Hunt still has to honor his contract -- unless he moves to another team.

EyePod, They're not in the recruiting business now, are they? (lol, Just kidding) But, you could be right...

I believe Pioli has his eye on one of the coaches in the Super Bowl. And Herm moves to the front office. I could be wrong...
