Oh no I understand I was trying to say why would a gay man date a transgendered person they'd be attracted to men and a transgendered female isn't a man anymore.

I would think most transgendered people would be upfront about this with someone they were interested in and the person then would be mature enough not to react like a 15 year old.

And usually, the people actively searching for trans women are guys who are gay or at least bi but really hung up about it, so they want a girl with "something extra." Or something. They're weird.

Regular guys who actually make an effort to be understanding and not automatically run away screaming are pretty much awesome.
