Not from me. I don't sit in a non-smoking theater for 2.5 hours to watch a bunch of gay midgets with hairy feet traipse through some Englishman's mushroom-trip.

there is a lot of craziness going on in this thread.

The happening could be the worst of all time. Crank was ridiculous. Warlock was even more ridiculous.

But dont get all the hate towards Kevin Smith, PCU....even Saving Silverman. Lots of good laughs in all of those...
And a lot of people will disagree....but I loved Short Cuts (Altman is usually a love/hate issue)

Hated Pineapple Express and Heartbreak kid

But hey...different strokes for different folks

I just don't get Seth Rogen at all.

It's like I am supposed to find him funny, the director obviously expects it, his co-stars expect it, hell - I am thinking he is gonna lean toward the camera and say "Hey, Russ, watch this" and I am still wondering what is so funny? He is a miserable actor and not even an adequate comedian.

I'll quote the part of your post I agree with.

Sandler has stretched the Happy Gilmore style of slapstick too much. I've yet to see a movie he does that shows he's a good actor.

Seth Rogan is more of a straight-man I think...maybe

You need to see Reign Over Me. Adam Sandler does a good job in it. It's not a comedy. He plays a guy that has severe post-traumatic stress syndrome. I'm sure you've heard of it.

Notice how just about ever Xmas comedy (or lack there of) is listed on there.

There's not Xmas comedy that's worth watching over than Xmas Vacation, which is ****ing hilarious and in a class of it's own.

Xmas with the Kranks is only rated 58? I thought it was the worst movie ever.

Proud to say, though I've heard of 95+ of those I haven't seen one of them.

Though I must confess, I own 'Killing Me Softly' b/c it's supposed to have Heather Graham naughty bits aplenty, but I it just sits on the shelf gathering dust.
