Man. I hate to bitch about the officials, but mother**** that bullshit ass call on Selden. I ****ing hate that call to start with. Crawl up on top of a guy and he goddamn can't move or it's a charge. That's ****ing nonsense. Just mind boggling nonsense. AND THEN that one who sucks the penis flops without any contact at all and it is a flagrant one? ****. That. Bullshit.

That being said, I fully acknowledge we got a LOT better calls than they did in the first half.

Man, I don't remember OSU being suck ****ing dirty flopping trash talking ****s. I don't think Smart used to flop so much, not sure what his deal was today, but **** it was effective. He got a shitload of them. And **** all those bitches that want to start fights. I don't want to see that shit. That's where I have to give Smart credit. He was pulling all his guys out of being ****ing ****heads, and it wasn't enough. I didn't hate OSU before. **** those bitches today.

And seriously, why would you pick a fight with Traylor? That dude is a ****ing beast physically. He'd eat everyone's soul on that court.

I've seen LeBron snap his head back and draw a foul... I once saw Paul Pierce drive on LeBron and they ended up falling in opposite directions to draw a foul... and of course Wade's antics in the playoffs in the past year or two.

****ing clowns.

You're overstating the overall effect, but to me, it's just another skill.

Spare me. You either do everything you can to win the game or you don't.

Everything within the rules. And everything that's fair. Trying to deceive the refs into giving you opportunities that you did not legitimately earn is cheating.

And then they go on to score more goals and be the best players on the field for their teams (partially because they can deceive refs as effectively as they do).
Not always.

A tremendous NCAA basketball player and NBA prospect.
This is true of his physical abilities. I respect the hell out of that.

I respect the hell out of his ability and the way he carries himself out there (even as I actively root against his team to lose).
We are never going to agree on this. I don't understand how you can RESPECT someone cheating. Boggles the mind.

Smart is a great basketball player. But, the dude flops like Greg ****ing Paulus.

There's no doubt that he does. Helps him get a lot of calls too. I just don't consider that to be a bad thing.

But, flopping is a skill. Remember that.

Just seems weak and cheap to me. You'll never convince me otherwise, and I don't intend on trying to do the same to you.

Just an opinion.

Smart is a great player.

If you want flopping to be out of the game, tell officials to get better. If a ball goes out of bounds of you, but the official misses the call, it's not the fault of the player. Same as flopping.

Prison Bitch 01-18-2014 06:20 PM

The call on Selden was legit because you can't even swing the elbow regardless if it connects.

It's part of the game of basketball. And took place on several of the possessions we watched today (both ways). Some like Smart are just better at it than others.

Always. Just like LeBron and Durant, they go back to doing exactly the same thing because it works.

Because I don't consider it cheating, I consider it to be another skill that can be employed out there.

O.city 01-18-2014 06:21 PM

IIRC, you can swing an elbow like that if it's during a basketball move.

Charge maybe, but Flagrant 1? Get the **** out of here with that ****ing nonsense.

Moreover, that doesn't mean I can't hate the rule and call it the nonsense that it is.

Watch James Harden drive to the basket and you might really get angry.

JFC. LMAO

O.city 01-18-2014 06:23 PM

It's the right call by the rule, but he rule needs to be changed.
