That's exactly what I read on his face every time he talks. He's probably thinking he has to stick this out at least 2-3 years to not look bad too. But he already does.

It's not like Gruden swindled the Raiders. The Raiders basically came to him with an offer you'd only normally get from a Nigerian prince and he accepted. Can you blame him?

That 5th year option kind of hurts. He's guaranteed 1 year for 14 million next year. Teams want to take that on for a player like Cooper?
