The more I look at this game the more I think we should totally smoke these assholes. And the more I think about that the more convinced I am that we will royally be raped on national TV being the NFL won't want them to go two games down.

Ok, seriously... the NFL is looking for greater ratings and revenue dollars. Yeah? The comment in bold makes zero sense towards both of those goals.

KC has the new QB golden boy setting a TD record to start a season... 3-0, traveling to Denver for a big divisional game on MNF.

The NFL doesn't care if Denver wins or loses, if anything - they want the Chiefs to keep rolling. If it's truly all marketing and image and dollars and ratings... and if the NFL has any influence to make something happen, I cannot imagine why they care if Denver wins.

Oh BS. They can't have one of their most popular teams having no shows in the seats.

Yeah, the new kid was great and all, but boy Denver still looks tough! Back tied for first! Don't lose faith in your team Denver fans! Now that's what you call marketing and image and dollars and ratings...

Yeah, this is how I see it.

Denver is boring (no offense ;)), and KC makes every game exciting whether they want to or not.

Yes... this. Right now, Denver is boring... the idea that the NFL has a plan to keep them relevant is too funny to really focus on.

Of course the NFL won't hand Denver a SB. But they could give them a nudge here and there

Eh, we'll see. We already beat the refs in Pittsburgh, we'll be ready for the same in Denver. But, it's possible that even the NFL realizes how dull the Broncos are now...it's not 1984

Somebody hasn't seen the officiating crew apparently

Sure, I fully expect there to be screams of foul on at least 3 calls by the refs... and I also expect KC to be on the positive side of some of those calls.

The only way Denver beats KC is for the defense to unleash everything they have on Mahomes. Can they rattle him, keep him moving and disrupt the passing attack? Sure, they have the players to do it - problem is, KC has a lot of weapons. Attack the right side of the field and the middle - that's the game plan, KC does that and they win. If Denver's defense can somehow treat Mahomes like they did Cam Newton - Denver can win. I just don't think you can treat QBs like that anymore with the rules.

And if our defense treats Keenum like we treated Joe Kapp in the Superbowl, that $18 million journeyman will retire after a 6 interception, 8 sack game

Nice double entendre.

Just a thought. The Broncos are the only team Pats played that he hasn't thrown a TD. And he threw his only int.
