It would have hung Reid out to dry as KC could only score around 3 more points...they couldn't score another TD for the remainder of the game.

Wouldn't it be easier for Mahomes to play as normal and for the refs to help the Bengals out? Call a few holding penalties when we're on offense and defensive holdings on pass interference?

I mean, you guys go on and on about how refs rig games, wouldn't that be easier and be better for the league overall than having it's #1 money maker play like a pumpkin for a half

How can you "play too well" in a game that's rigged LMAO

The truth is both QB’s did not play well I. The 2nd half. I totally forgot about that horrible pass that Bolton should have picked.

In the 4th Q of a tie game, Burrow threw a horrific pick and, after his defense saved him, tried to throw an even worse one 2 plays later.

Burrow is a smart/excellent QB, the point here is about how stupid these "Mahomes isn't smart but Burrow is" takes are. Because it wasn't rigged, it was thrown.

Easily the weirdest part of the whole ordeal to me.

These guys are confident fiery leaders. And they just checked out with a double digit lead in the biggest game of the season.

There's a story to be figured out here, and props to any journalist who can uncover it.

So. Freaking. Bizarre.

I consider myself a "journalist". This is the YEAR OF THE TIGER, Chinese Zodiac. Bengals win the Super Bowl because of this.
