Two things I think Spagnuolo has done remarkably well during his tenure are to get better play out of the secondary than the talent level would suggest, and to help the defense grow into a game and stop what the opponents' offense is doing well.

How many times have we seen the offense struggle in the first half, or give up a lot of plays to a particular player (Henry, Adams, etc), but by the end of the game they've stopped opponents' scoring and are generating pressure on key snaps.

I have been frustrated with certain things at certain times, but overall I think if you evaluate the way his unit is playing in the 3rd and 4th quarters you get a very different picture.

The discord chat was chilled. No overreacting like calling Spags a fraud after that first half. Just good ol' meticulous, objective and thorough analysis. GDT could learn a lot from the discord game thread.

I'm sure the GDT turds were predicting a first round playoff loss and the end of the Mahomes era in the first quarter, but that was one of those brutal games all around where at least swearing off the NFL isn't out of the picture.

Actually it was mostly just caterwauling about Clete Blakeman.

I complained several times about another ****ing flag, but found most of them were legit.

I was really annoyed that they missed two offsides calls against the Titans.

What if Mahomes thinks he has a free play and throws a pick?

I've tapped out of game threads for the most part lately, except sparingly in the Bills game. Can only nauseatingly imagine what the 1st quarters of the Raiders and SF games were like, as well as last night. Games are so much more enjoyable without watching entitled morons make fools of themselves week after week. But that's just me, I'm sure others love it. Misery loves company.

They wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for like 4-5 posters that are the same in everyone. Constant ****ing bitching about every single play. The offense sucks. The defense sucks. Fire everyone. And then you've got that reeruned bitch KChiefs1 who just responds with either gifs or "I told you so" bullshit every single time.

Yep. They don't say shit during the times when we're doing good. But the defense gives up a 20 yard pass? Here they come in full force to talk shit.

It always is if KC gives up 3 points, more than 5 yards on a play, throw an incompletion, or don’t score every drive. It’s why GDT are so bad. Only thing worse is this place after a loss. There are some on here that provide amazing and balanced takes, and then there are those that are insufferable.

I haven't done a GDT since sometime last year. It's so very freeing.
