Thank GOD I didn't see that shit in real time. I'd have been freaking out along with you. I mean by the time the game was over people had calmed down a bit because I guess he was out walking in the locker room or something.

Yes he is. Patrick is a very tough SOB! That same kneecap dislocation shit happened to me about a year after Mahomes. I was in Las Vegas for my sister's wedding. Bellagio beds are way too dang tall. Tried to sit down on the bed and my left kneecap went sideways. It was a shit show.
Paramedics had to take me down a special elevator at the hotel and then a 20 minute ambulance ride to the hospital. The doctors popped it back into place very quickly, but I wasn't walking immediately after the incident. Needed 6 weeks of physical therapy. They had me in a straight-leg brace for several days. It was a pain in the ass flying home with that big brace on my leg. I've been paranoid about tall beds ever since this incident, and extra careful to make sure I don't have any weird movements that can lead to another dislocation.
The worst part of the whole deal is this crap happened around 11 AM on the day of my sister's wedding. Parents went to the hospital with me and it was a huge scramble to get back to Bellagio hotel in time for sister's wedding, around 3 PM that day. I had to watch the wedding with a phone stream in my hotel bed. Parents barely made it to the wedding on time.
