If so, I believe he'd be cooperating with the authorities at this point, and there'd be no ongoing search for him. But yeah, him having no involvement whatsoever would be ideal.

If this all turns out to be true, there's no way Clark keeps him on the team. After the Britt Reid incident the team's image would be harmed too much.
