Bullshit. There’s no such thing as too much stuffing. As the name implies, its purpose is to stuff you.

Happy thanksgiving!

Do twice baked potatoes instead. Bake large potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and hollow out like canoes, make high end (tons of add-ins) mashed potatoes out of what you carved out, fill the hollowed out potato canoes with that, put cheese and bacon on top and bake again until the cheese is melted, top with green onions and sour cream.

Used to buy those all the time from the grocery store, until sorry ass Hyvee bought them out :grr:

They are pretty easy to do and they are delicious straight from the fridge if any of them survive to the next day. Throw some ham glaze or turkey gravy on there and plow.

Also, for tomorrow, consider turkey quesadillas for brunch. You may want to wait a few days for when the turkey gets dry and the household is getting sick of turkey.

Nope, turkey sammich with a generous slather of mayo

Wait a few days. If you still have a bunch of smaller, dry pieces of turkey that you don't want to just throw away; turkey and jalapeno quesadilla with Ranch dressing and/or avocado.

Also: Giant turkey pot pie in a full size pie plate with leftovers thrown in.

Pro tip: if you add cream cheese to your potatoes (and you better be), smoke it for a few minutes on your rig first like a real one

Ditto, gotta brag on Moms turkey... she always cooks it in a baking bag and it was perfect as usual, even the white meat is always juicy

The baking bag is a failproof cheat code, keeps all the moisture in
