Ugh, losing and having a summer flu SUCKS.

I'm of the belief that they saved themselves embarrassment by losing now. If they played like that against the top teams they would have resembled North Korea. Thus, better to say goodbye now.

What bums me out is the wasted opportunity to turn on more people into soccer and take the support of the sport to the next level. They had an increased level of interest and support that has taken DECADES to achieve. Slamming the door shut on the fans makes it harder to convince them to stay involved in the sport.

Nope the younger generation Loves soccer-my son is a soccer stud. It is the older folks that think it is a wussy sport.
