They look good tonight, but, if I'm being honest you really don't take much away from this game. It's all layups and fast breaks. You're not going to have many games like this where you're going to have this many run outs.

Benneman is giving them a good look. There are some things, but yeah, they aren't being pushed much. On the other hand, they're doing what they're supposed to do instead of floundering around against shitty competition.

Watching that was more painful than sticking an ice pic up your dick...

I don't think I've ever been this impressed by a team at this point in a season. They are ****ing amazing.

Oh man I totally disagree.

So far, what I take away is this:

1. Energy. Guys came out vicious from the first tip.
2. On-ball defense. We are adjusting to the new rules. You can see guys getting their hands up immediately when the ball is put on the floor.
3. Embiid is RAPIDLY adjusting to being a rim protector. Much better defense from him (not leaving his man or his feet)
4. Ball movement. This is the first game that the ball movement has looked like a Kansas team. We still aren't finding the weak side three point shooter in the corner, but it's developing.

Most of all, this team has gotten better every single freaking game, which is not only a testament to Bill Self, but just the talent level of the players. Five stars improve soooo much faster than three and four star guys.
