Simmer down, I didn't mean it literally. But the refs completely bungled that first down/fumble play in OT. It was a massive ****-up considering the situation and what was on the line there.

Are you thinking that play cost us 27 points, caused us puns up the gut (when we knew they weren't working), caused us to keep trying screens that weren't working. No.. So the miss certainly hurt and is a fluke, but many of the calls (on both sides of the ball) that weren't that one missed FG leave me wondering.

And I'm watching Andy just blow-off the horrible first-down call in OT. You know, he's "becoming all-to-typical" "oh well" sort of attitude/

But alas, we're in the playoffs, I guess that's all that matters.

It's funny too, I guess, how one player and one play "****s' us... In a game with 48 points scored (at that point) it's all on that one play. We all know it could have won the game, but so too could have any play on that drive that didn't result in a TD.

So i get you point, and I get the relative percentages, but it's pretty unfair to put it on one guy if "you're being fair."

As for the officials, let everybody complain all they want because like the sun rising in the east, they are NEVER questioned by anybody but the fans who can't do a thing about them. Certainly "if" the league does anything to them, or they have what's reported/claimed to be some form of review/peer-review process, it's such a tightly held secret that not even the NSA can break into it and figure it out. All the teams have ever seen are the weekly "too late" apology letters that mean nothing after the fact. So let us bitch, it's not hurting your official buddies, they just laugh and keep doing whatever they damn well please/are told to do.
