Meh. I've spent probably 15% of my life with either a sinus or ear infection. It's not that bad to work through. Respiratory infections though are a different story.

Problem is that UD 2.0 is so taxing on the body. It runs you down.

Sent you a PM. How is their workout laid out? Wondering if I can continue 5/3/1 on that diet or just run it as prescribed.

You have to run the diet and first three workouts as prescribed. However, you could carry over your work sets (def not accessory work) and do the four main lifts as your heavy workout day. That's exactly what I did and it worked fine. You have a shitload of energy that day.

Going to start out with keto macro's and slowly remove the fats so it ends up more like a PSMF, then possibly add a carb day on weekend depending on energy levels and how flat I get. I dont really want to rip out carbs and fats together and leave myself with absolutely nothing to use for energy except protein. I am expecting some strength loss but I believe BCD ran/is still running keto and did not lose strength.

BCD- did you throw any carbs in at all, weekend or PWO?
Silock- how far into your PSMF did you add carbs on the weekend? (can't remember if you just followed UD 2.0 or not).

Not on Keto at the moment, but I did shed about 30lbs without losing any strength, correct.

I just kept carbs around 50 grams or less. I just made sure I kept at least trace amounts on Ketones in my urine. If I tested negative I would just really reduce the carbs hard for 8-10 hours and be right back in.

My personal trainer's last day at the gym was today. :( He got promoted at his other job.

I only have three sessions left on my PT contract anyway. Still, it's going to be weird having someone else for three weeks...lol.

You don't need a personal trainer anymore. They are crutches.

You'll be fine on your own now. He gave you a good base from what I can see. Many of us here would be more than happy to help you with a routine or ideas if you need.

Thanks!

Oh, and I'm now at 30.2% body fat. I'M NO LONGER OBESE! I'm now considered average. Only 5-6% to go to reach my goal!

Love your fat self!

Even though you'll complain to all your friends about how you don't like being fat.

Straight leg dead lift: 175/5.

Not my max, because it's still a little too easy to be considered that, but it's still the most I've done to this point.
