Yeah, I worked my ass off yesterday and fasted. I ate last night, but haven't eaten today. I'm going to keep a strict limit on it to 1000-1200 calories. I'm at about 65 today due to the half starbucks latte light I drank this morning.

Floppy, I don't think I've ever encountered someone more disciplined with their weight loss.

And that includes Silock, who inhales packages of Oreos nigh whole.

Thanks dude. I indulge more than my fair share. And I feel like my weight loss reflects it. Of course, maybe expecting to lose 20lbs a month like I did at 450 is unreasonable. I don't know. I'm just trying to stay on top of myself, because I know me. And I know if I give myself an inch, I'm inclined to try and take a mile.

I know it probably gets old listening to me go on and on about it here, but that accountability is something that is always in the back of my mind. While I'm disciplined about working out, it pretty much counter balances my lack of discipline with the food and amount of it that I consume.

Silock eats 1400 calories a day and does just fine with it. I should be able to do that as well, yet I rarely go less than 1500 and lately it's rarely been under 1800. If I'm going to eat like that, I do need to be busting my ass in the gym. For now anyways.

Thanks again for the support GC. I'm just trying to explain the mindset that makes me this way.

The difference for you, Floppy, is you are built like a freaking right tackle.

Even 1800 calories is disciplined. Your BMR is somewhere around 3,000.

Yeah, Flopnuts has a serious calorie deficit going on. I think that's awesome. Better to get the weight loss over with quickly, I say.

I absolutely want to get it over with. I'm so ready to move on. I don't remember a day in my life when I didn't have a fat belly. At all.

Patience is a virtue. I need to remember that. And, as much as I ride my own ass on here, I know I'm doing a GREAT ****ing job. I'm walking the walk every day for the most part. I just don't want to be the douche that comes on here and toots my own horn and says "Look at me! Look at me!" At least not anymore than I already do. :p

It's been cool watching that number drop almost every day on my bodybugg software. Right now it's 2920, which is more than the bmr calculator says I should be at with my weight.

I've been eating between 800-1000 calories per day, except for when I have beers on either Friday night or Saturday. Whichever day I drink I make my cheat day.

I've been doing 1500-1850 and I almost always stay right at or below the 1500. Starting to get more sore as the day goes on. I plan on going in tonight and doing my lower body. Legs and abs. I'm thinking I might be really sore tomorrow so I probably will just go in and do cardio.
