Big step for me today, I rode my bike home from work. 15 miles and I'm wiped. Left my car there so tomorrow morning I'll ride back in. Luckily only 2 miles of it was in a business area with no bike lanes - most of it was on bike trails with underpasses.

Back on UD 2.0.

Already feel way better than when I was on a vegan diet. This shit works.

I'm sure it's already been described (and if so...just point me to the post number).....but what's UD 2.0?

Worked out with the new trainer yesterday. Leg day. He had me do some sumo squats standing on 45s and lifting a 55lb kettle bell. Also, I did 8 rounds of 20 secs of body weight squats and 10 sec hold. And when doing deadlifts, he had a fresh perspective and a few additional tips that seemed to help. Too bad I only have two sessions left. I kinda like the kid.

Before carb load weight: 193.6

After carb load weight: 203.5

After heavy workout and soccer game weight: 198.3

I bet it goes to the low 190s tomorrow. Weight fluctuations like crazy on this diet.

I'm sure plenty will argue but to me this is the Apex human.

The ability to adapt your body to any situation.

Too big and you require too much protein/calories/time devoted to food. Too small and you can't respond to fight or flight situations appropriately.

And honestly, what argument can you really put forth that beats being able to use your body in any way necessary?...

You wish you looked as good as that guy.

Bitches look at him like a stop sign.

Only if he's carrying a pommel horse or high bar with him.

You say, until he does one of those squirrely flips and picks up a heel you dropped off an overpass...
