Big step for me today, I rode my bike home from work. 15 miles and I'm wiped. Left my car there so tomorrow morning I'll ride back in. Luckily only 2 miles of it was in a business area with no bike lanes - most of it was on bike trails with underpasses.

Worked out with the new trainer yesterday. Leg day. He had me do some sumo squats standing on 45s and lifting a 55lb kettle bell. Also, I did 8 rounds of 20 secs of body weight squats and 10 sec hold. And when doing deadlifts, he had a fresh perspective and a few additional tips that seemed to help. Too bad I only have two sessions left. I kinda like the kid.

After carb load weight: 203.5 After heavy workout and soccer game weight: 198.3 I bet it goes to the low 190s tomorrow. Weight fluctuations like crazy on this diet. |
