I was out of town until late last night, didn't have a chance to weigh in. I lost 3 pounds, down to 337.
I was in San Francisco with a group and the eating was not optimal, but we walked all over the freaking city. Who needs a stair climber in San Francisco? It's crazy. Big step for me to emerge from a lot of bad food and still post a 3 pound loss. |

First workout in six weeks. Had to halve my weights though. Using 35-pound dumbbells like a pathetic weakling.
Nothing ripped apart inside me, though, so happy about that. Got through everything I do except pullups. Don't want to put too much strain on my midsection. |
Trying the armstrong pull-up program while incorporating chins every once in awhile. Just finished the 2nd week by knocking out 77 chins in a 12-minute span. I'm pleased.

Got up to 6 reps at 205 on my deadlifts. Got up to 95 on front squats. And 135 on hip lifts.
