This is a transition period.

Let the teams in our division trade and sign older veterans all they want.

What we need to do is take this time to use our draft picks wisely and get younger/cheaper.

Make your one big splash move (hopefully a pass rusher) and use the rest to find value in free agency.

Absolutely no reason to panic.
