That's where I'm considering moving.... Just NW of SA. I love it there.

Well actually I lived about 15 miles from the city in a little town called Hondo, its south of San Antonio.

My first year down there we had twin tornados, scared the hell out of me, then it came a hail storm knocked all the car windows out of everything, even the cop cars were damaged. MY house looked like someone had taken a baseball bat and knocked holes all over the siding.
I didn't like that part.

Watch. You'll move and the Chiefs will win the SB. You'll hate yourself.

I miss Missouri, but I don't miss the winters. Although I do miss spring and fall. A couple of week-ends ago I went to Big Bear and had two glorious days of playing in 2 feet of snow. Then came back down to the Valley weather. However, when it rains here, it sucks.

My original post was slightly misleading. I'm not leaving KC because of the winters entirely. I'm leaving partially because of weather but mostly because of shitty people. I've been robbed of significant amounts of money because of people ripping off my business and because I'm far too trusting. Losing all the money has made it virtually impossible to grow my business any larger and 100 other different reasons. I'm having an incredibly shitty time in KC. My wife isn't enjoying it either. Not fun at all.

I recommend Ends Ice ice remover. I put that stuff on my driveway, this afternoon, and heard the ice crackling. By far the coolest experience since I posted my 5000 post on chiefsplanet.

Yup, she said multiple times she was going to move back south.

Too bad, sorry to hear about that kind of crap.

Sorry to hear that. People like that all over I guess.

On the snow topic, I made it home without too much trouble but hopefully this is winter's last gasp :shake:

Wow... sorry to hear that... I've never heard anyone wanting to leave because of the people... we're supposed to be good people

I did finally get to use the hand-me-down snowblower my dad gave me. Took me longer to get the thing started then to do the driveway, but it was still sweet.

Wow that sucks!! I always thought Missouri people were the nicest in the nation. Obviously there are crooks everywhere. Try not to become to hardened towards mankind. Trusting people shows the good side of you. It's to bad people take advantage of that.

Its like that here in San Diego when we get a little bit of rain.
