Those look good. I've used Behringer studio and rack mounted equipment for quite some time. Quality products when you don't want to empty your wallet.
I will say this though, if you have the extra coin -- KRK or M-audio will really make your ears cum.

i found a nice set of Altec Lansing for like 159 bucks a couple years ago that really rock.

I would go with the Behringers on that budget, although like Quik mentioned, I rock these....
