SD and Oakland won't win it because of their schedule. Denver and KC get the majority of their tough teams at home while SD and Oakland have to do it on the road.
KC- 10-11 wins Denver- 9-10 SD- 7-8 Oak- 5-6 |
In the AFCW, I don't think it'll be as much of a horse race as the experts say it will be. I think the Chiefs schedule isn't going to be quite as hard either. The NFL seems to turn upside down year after year. Oakland will be overrated, even with Moss. San Diego will experience a sofmore jinx. Denver will prove that they are falling apart, have made terrible offseason moves and Shanahan is no genius without Elway.
Chiefs 14-2 Oakland 8-8 San Diego 8-8 Denver 6-10 |
Chargers 12-4
Broncos 10-6 Chiefs 7-9 Raiders 6-10 |

He is a real threat, no doubt, and their new RB (why can't I think of his name right now?) gives them a shot at a ground game, though he's never proven he can carry the load, backing up Martin. But thier D has a legitimate chance at being worse than the Chiefs over the last couple of years. |
I have to give the chargers credit for their outstanding turnaround under Marty Shotty. He'll have SD competing again this year. But, I'm still sticking with my sig line.
Den 11-5 SD 10-6 Oak 9-7 KC 8-8 |
Chiefs 12-4
Chargers 11-5 Raiders 9-7 Broncos 7-9 I can't even see the broncos posing a threat after their offseason antics with not only the browns reject D-Line but three corners and maurice clarrett in the draft. Mike Shannahan in my opinion has lost it but every division game wil be tough. Raiders will be ok this season they still will have no running game but their passing game will be improved. The chargers just added too much talent this offseason for me to believe they wont be back in there again in the playoffs but as a wildcard. And of course I believe the chiefs have tied up the loose ends with signing ambrose andf I think we can finally focus on signing our other draft pics and mini camp. I believe that the chiefs will prove many wrong this season and fans of arrowhead will rejoice with a superbowl trophy in our stadium. I said it before I think itll be Chiefs v. Falcons in Detroit. And the running backs name in Oakland is LaMont Jordan :banghead: |
Chiefs 16-0

-Chiefs 12-4 I think even though our offense is prolly on its way out, I think our Defense will show up this year. With both Offense and Defense playing some good ball this year, we will be a threat.
-Chargers 10-6 They may have been a fluke last year, but it prolly gave them a boatload of confidence. I don't think they will do any better than second in the AFCW, but I don't think they are going to implode either. -Broncos 8-8 I don't think the Broncos did enough in the offseason. They brought in an unproven line, then there is the whole Maurice Clarrett thing, and I think that Plummer is about to show us how over-rated he is. -Raiders 4-12 With or without Moss, who cares? They are the Raiders for crying out loud. The will suck just as bad this year as they did last year. |
The Raiders are the only team in the AFCW that will have less than 8 wins in my opinion. The other 3 will be knotted up in the 9-11 win area.
Too early to get too specific on wins/losses. |

Yeah I might be giving the raiders a tad too much credit but bottom line is they still wont make the playoffs.
