TRR have you had a chance to do the in-season recruiting yet? if so how does it feel and is it good or not?

Wasn't homefield advantage present in '05 as well?

Yeah it was, but to me it seems to have a bigger impact on the game this year, but again...thats just me.

What difficulty level are you guys playing on? You can't play on Varsity and expect it be difficult.

Personally, if they fixed the WR drops from last year and kep the rest of the game the same, it would be damn near perfect.

I am on AA, and they say that they fixed the WR drops but I have seen a few too many this year too...but maybe I few slider adjustments can fix that.

Heisman. It's a tradeoff. The running game will be far too potent on All American, but the computer will kill you with the deep ball on Heisman.

Unlike previous years, you can actually outrun the cpu's defenders on Heisman, as long as you switch up your backs and play calling. Whereas on All American, I ran for over 500 yards against Miami.

The happy medium may be AA with sliders heavily favoring the computer, just like years past.

Kinda a shame that the fans are usually male guys. Where are the hotties at, other than the cheerleaders.

Haven't had a chance to do that yet.

I think the first intro video I saw last year was fricking Tennescared. I nearly turned the PS2 off and threw the disc out the window.

i know im weird but im not digging this game. there is still slowdown on the xbox in widescreen, and im finding that even the best offensive linemen are getting run over (or just not blocking anyone) alittle too regularly.

I need to play a bit more and get the sliders set (default all american isnt cutting it), but so far the fun factor is really missing in this game for me.

I haven't enjoyed a football game since Front Page Sports Football Pro '95. Sad.

I'll be enjoying my 2K5 until Madden for 360 comes out.

The most absurd PC football single game I ever played was in the mid 90's. I returned the opening kickoff for a TD. Kicked to them, 3 and out. They punted and I ran it in for a TD. That was the whole game except for the two or three INTs I returned for TDs. I played 5m quarters and the score was ~140 to 0. I think that was the last time I played that game.

It wasn't long after that football games started making the cpu's slower players faster than your guys. I always loved it when my 98 speed wideout gets caught by an 80 speed LB. That's realistic. Instead of making the AI cheat how about making it learn that I'm running that curl play every other down?

Hammock Parties 07-13-2005 12:14 AM

I wish they made NCAA for PC.

Funny, that's what games do nowadays.
