KU is ranked 16th now, I bet a win over Texas (and Baylor of course) would put in the top 10. Another team in the 5-10 region would need to lose though I think.

This surprises me. I would think, all things being equal, that the east coast bias would take over and UNC would make a similar jump in the polls. Obviously people across the nation are taking note of what we are doing.

KU was already ahead of UNC.

KU was No. 22 in both polls last week. UNC was 23rd in both.
