In 2004 Culpepper had these passing stats:

4,717 passing yards
69.2% of completions
8.6 ypa
39 TDs
11 INTs

Oh yeah, Moss had 767 receiving yards. He was injured for a large part of the season.

I'd say it should be pretty clear than Culpepper is no Mike Vick. He had a bad season, but it shouldn't wipe out the incredible numbers he had before that.
