He sounds like the guy who isn't afraid to clean house. Couple that with the less-than-glowing review he gave to the Royals farm system on Soren Petro's show last week, and this has the chance to get REAL interesting.

In short, he doesn't think we have the talent in the major league roster or in the minors for a successful rebuilding. Now, I chalked some of this up to what has to be almost complete unfamiliarity with our farm system. He said Gordona and Butler, yeah, but he didn't mention even guys like Burgos and I don't recall him mentioning Huber (who he drafted, iirc).
