$25? With the price of gas and the initial purchase price of the brautwurst, you may have broken even. They got off very easy. They are lucky the evening news, not to even go into a lawyer didn't get a hold of the story. $25 would have turned into to well........as stated above they got off very easy.

Frivolous? I agree. By no means should companies be held to USDA standards when selling food. Hell, if they want to put cut up pieces of human flesh in there, suck it up soldier. It was an accident after all.
