He wouldn't be the first to impove on their second job. the fact that he named LJ the starter right away was a smart move IMO and something he was unwilling to do in NY, although when he took over Martin was in his prime so it isn't a fair comparison. All I'm saying is that I haven't seen much concearn and trust me: there is reason to be conceaned.

Yes but not as much as I thought I would if you told me the Jets would make the playoffs 3 times in 5 years. In general, the Jets were never better than the 4th team in the conference. Also, he took over a talented bunch (similar to what he hisdoing now) so a few playoff appearances were to be expected.
