I dunno. To me, I'd rather they go ahead and cut players they don't think will ever pan out and bring in some new scrubs than hold on to the junk players in the first place. It's kind of a shotgun approach - just hoping that a player here or there will pan out.

iirc active for more than 8 games and PS for more than 3 years in the limit.

he's at the end of his eligibility
