A buddy of mine outside of San Francisco bought his house 25 years ago for $145k. It's 1000 sq feet and a lawn about the size of my Master Bedroom. He recently lost his job when the company he worked for all that time closed down. They are selling their house to move to the Midwest to be closer to his wife's family, and for him to accept a job being the Office Manager of a small company in the same industry he was in with his now defunct company.

They put their house on the market and it sold in 2 hours! Their asking price: $435k.

I always see that houses are super expensive over in Cali.. Does everybody make 80k+ a year.. Like taco bell people make 50k+???

Great # on the house , SW Arkansas that house would have sold for $120.000 easy , the housing market is out of hand & change is right around the corner that said I will wait another year to buy

Congratulations.

Now, wait for the plumbing in the ceiling to explode 3 days after you get possession.
