Rey Maualuga and Jeremy Maclin look very tempeting IMO.

Mauluga yes, but consider if we pick in the top 10 again to pick Maclin there would be a 2007 MIA Dolphins move.

If the Chiefs pick in the top 10 the only players they should really be looking at are the OT's and DE's.

And Michael Crabtree should he declare.

Maclin for the second round, I dont think he is first round material.

You could say the 2008 draft, as good as it was, didn't change the team's needs. The chiefs still have needs at just about every position.

Does Mack come off the board in the second round or late first?

I think he's suggesting that we draft the best player at a position of value (based on his positional value).

I'd agree with him, except I would add LB.

I agree aswell, but I just couldnt resist.
DE and LT are the most valuable position in my mind.

Again, I don't disagree, except that I think a MLB is equally important.

A playmaker who can go sideline to sideline can have a huge impact.

One that is thumper, and who can cover ground in a cover two can have as much impact as a DT that can get a push in the middle of the line.
