I worked for disney and yes they are nazis. I worked as a bartender in down town disney but they hammered in our heads there are things you can and can't do and things you can or can't say. I don't know how many aeriels there are but i remember flirting with one on the bus ride to the park with blonde hair that was gorgeous. Good job dude.

This dude is a whiner. This is standard operating procedures for theme parks. You are a character for the park and when you're out in public (on or off duty) you need to maintain a particular decorum. Even in little ole' Silver Dollar City, we had the same rules to live by.

What happened in your job that makes the Disney organization nazis? In my current job, there are policies written about things I can and can't do and things I can or can't say when representing the company.
