Is that your house, or do you live in a condo?

That's our home. It just kinda looks like an apartment complex from the outside. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about that. The entire front was concrete (no yard) when we bought it in 2003 so the grass and Queen Palms have warmed it up a bit, but it's still kinda ugly.

Nice pad, dude. Looks like a mini-hotel.

Is that Blue Heaven on the hill behind you? :D

Thanks for the kind words.

It's a great neighborhood!

Nice place Dane. Out of curiosty, How many square feet is that?

Would that be considered a townhome?

gblowfish 08-18-2008 03:13 PM

Maybe I'll just write a check, if they'll hold it until next Friday. If that is you at the bottom of the hill, I guarantee you we'll have some good barbaeques. Hell, I might just invite Tiny over, as well.

WilliamTheIrish 08-18-2008 03:18 PM

I want to come visit.

No, it's a single family home. It's four stories so it looks like a condo or townhome. Since there's no basement, the home is approximately 3,500 square feet. It feels bigger though because the foyer reaches to the top floor.

Each one of the front balconies has an associated room (Family room, Entertainment Room on the 2nd floor and two bedrooms on the top floor).

:D

The people in the pics are the A/C guys. I'm taking pictures from across the street.

That's a sweet looking house man. How can you afford that with your sweet bike payment?

Very cool. So those pics are from the front then? I was thinking that was the back of the house at first. Interesting.

Yeah, that's the street view. This pic might put it in better perspective.
