A more likely scenario, is the Chiefs fire Herm and hire GRob as HC.

This is the best thing that could happen for the rest of us. It seems like every time that club starts moving in the right direction old Al loses his patience and blows it all up hoping someone else can come in and fix it within 3 months. I hope that cycle continues until Al dies of old age at 165.

Report: Kiffin will be Raiders' coach Tuesday

Citing a team source, NFL.com's Adam Schefter reports that Lane Kiffin will still be the Raiders' head coach on Tuesday.
"There’s nothing happening today," the source said. "It ain’t happening." Since Tuesday is an NFL day of rest it'd be a good time for a firing, but owner Al Davis could also continue putting a move off until Oakland's Week 5 bye. Sep. 22 - 5:47 pm et
