i'm not switching teams. i will however continue to root for a couple more lovable losers in the saints and the texans. at least the college football teams i like don't suck.

ChiefsOne 09-23-2008 09:03 AM

I'm in it for the long haul, as I have been for the past 20 something years, still watching all of the games. I am a Chiefs fan first and do not have the passion for any other team, I usually root for the underdog in other games, except Dallas, Oakland and Denver.

Same with college football, I like to watch a good game, but am a Mizzou fan, so at least I have something to look forward too.

Jesus. I think the point was to find a team that wins. If you want to keep rooting for shitty teams with shitty GM's, just stick with KC.

I don't love the Cowboys, but I respect Jerry Jones as a dedicated owner, COMMITTED to doing what it takes to pursue championships. Go Cowboys!

But, don't forget the 4 years of nothing from 1999-2002...
8-8 and then 3 years of 5-11

Plus, they haven't won a playoff game since 1996... granted, I'm not saying he doesn't try, but they've had their down years.

There's a lot to like about the 'boys, but I'm thinking Romo has a few more colassal [CP spelling] brainfarts in his future.

I would never find a "new team", i bleed chiefs red, through the good and bad times, but i do find myself rooting for the packers.

RealSNR 09-23-2008 09:25 AM

Definitely the Packers

Nzoner 09-23-2008 09:27 AM

I'll be cheering for JT's Touchdowners,Blitz,Black Snake Scrimmagers and TD's-N-Beer,my 4 biggest money fantasy league teams.

I don't see me ever losing 100% interest in KC unless of course they were to move the team,I've been through too much with the team and hopefully will make it through this mess as well.

HemiEd 09-23-2008 09:28 AM

I am dedicated to the Chiefs, but have a very strong feeling for "America's Team," the Jacksonville Jaguars.
If Herm would have watched their game against Indy, he would have seen a team that actually does, what he wants to do. It was a clinic, but we know Herm does not watch football.

Deberg_1990 09-23-2008 09:28 AM

I play fantasy football, so i try and watch most every team.

I really enjoy watching the good teams play like Green Bay, Dallas, Philly etc....

boogblaster 09-23-2008 09:29 AM

True Red Here ... Damn we suck tho .. Still rooting for my college teams ....

Steron 09-23-2008 09:41 AM

I wouldn't stop rooting for the Chiefs. I've followed them this far why not got the rest of the way?

Other teams I pull for are the Colts (ever since the Baltimore days, I remember when they left) and most recently the Jaguars.
