I started a Chiefs franchise with Madden on the Wii. I went 0-2 with Croyle sucking it up. I then traded Tony Gonzalez and next years #1 for Matt Ryan.

I went 12-2 after that! Ryan to Cottam was unstoppable!!

Head coach is way harder....I can win on Madden just because I'm good head coach doesn't work that way.

So what is Head Coach exactly? More of a Sim game?

Did you do the offseason over? This is the route I took because of our complete ignorance in free agency to address the offensive line...but we have so many needs it's hard to decide what needs to address...

I may have to start over and try again because I'm running out of cap space...lol

Yep, more of a strategy game than Madden...I can't stand Madden anymore because of the lame franchise mode...

You make the personnel / gameplanning decisions and call the plays, but you don't control the players on the field. Their performance is dependent upon the quality of your game plan / practices / play calls / coaching ability / etc...
