You CAN get a free credit report, once per year, by law. if you go through the credit bureau sites you can get one, but it's a maze you have to navigate successfully to avoid being tricked into buying something from them. You can do it, you just have to look out carefully as your registering and whatever else on their website.

Same way with Spyware and Adware protection. There's some good FREE programs that will probably do better than this scanning program would.

www.annualcreditreport.com is the easiest and you are right by law you can get 1 a year....this is the safest route.

Yes, I've seen those ads before. It's some of the worst shit ever committed to video. The incompetence apparent in every aspect of the ad is just mind-blowing.

You have to wonder if, when they finished the ad, they all watched it and thought "We have done something wonderful."
