No I expect to see that the coaching staff is making strides to put the players in situations to allow them to succeed.... Play to the players strengths...

Hell most of this roster is Herms players, he should know how to coach a game to get the best possible production out of the players he has chosen...

Problem is, we are seeing the players try to develop, but a coaching staff that is scared shitless to allow them to develop!

I'm sorry, but much of the sucking that this team has done this year hasn't looked like rookie mistakes and growing pains. I can live with our rookie corners getting picked on, because I see the potential in the plays they make on occasion. I have harder time accepting MacInsack letting guys come untouched to blow up our QB on the 2nd play of the game.

This looks a lot worse than a rebuild job to me. It looks like there's a lot of incompetency to add insult to our growing pains.
